1. Customers will need a valid mobile number and email id for logging into the HOTEL TANIA application. The mobile number and email id will be used for making contact as and when necessary. the company will send promotional blogs to the email and mobile number for updated information. The customers are hereby requested to login into the application with active whatsapp number for premier feel of usage of the application and updated information regarding daily promotional offers.
2. Customer takes the responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account details including password and preventing unauthorized access to his/her account.
3. Customer agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur from his/her account. Hence customers are requested to take all necessary steps to ensure that the account credentials are kept confidential and secure and should inform the company in case the customer has reason to believe that his/her credentials have been manipulated and unauthorized access have been detected.
4. Delivery of goods will take place at the address specified by the customer during the order process and if no address is provided during the order, the address provided with the profile of the customer will be treated as the default address. Delivery address must be within the district of Birbhum in the state of West Bengal.
5. When customer places an order to purchase a product (s) from HOTEL TANIA app, the order represents a non-binding agreement between the seller and the customer. A binding contract between seller & buyer forms only when the payment is completely settled and the parcel/order is delivered.
6. The company reserved the right to modify, add or delete any of the conditions mentioned in the terms & Conditions at our sole discretion any time without any prior written notice to you. It is the sole responsibility of the customers to review the terms & conditions periodically for updates/changes.as long as you comply with these terms & conditions, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the application/platform.
